Shipping Policy

Maltizo is operated by ALPHA AMA LTD, company number 15478701, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

Where we ship We currently ship to UK, US, CA and AU. Orders to other countries cannot be placed at checkout.

Where our products ship from Our products are shipped directly from our partner warehouses in China. This is why delivery takes longer than for a locally stocked shop. We prefer to tell you before you order.

Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with your tracking number once it has shipped.

Delivery time

Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak periods (Black Friday, December) or because of customs checks.

Customs and import duties Prices shown on maltizo.com include VAT for UK and EU customers. For Switzerland, import duties and taxes may be charged by the carrier on delivery and are the customer's responsibility.

Tracking Every order is shipped with tracking. If your tracking has not updated for 7 days, or your order has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, contact us at contact@maltizo.com and we will either reship your order or refund it in full.

Wrong address Please check your address at checkout. If you notice an error, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will correct it before dispatch.
